Training

What age do I need to be?+
There's no upper age limit — but if you're under 16, we'll need a parent or guardian to sign off before you lace up.
What if I'm not in shape?+
Don't sweat it. Conditioning is part of the training, not a prerequisite for it.
When do you train?+
Sessions run Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 6:00pm–8:30pm. Additional days open up as you progress.

Live Shows

Can my kids attend?+
Absolutely — our shows are all-ages and great for the whole family.
Does the venue take cash?+
The venue accepts credit and debit. Wrestlers sell merch at their own tables and typically accept cash too.
